Great unit!

We were very happy with our unit and our stay overall, especially how spacious it was for our family of 5. We could spread out in separate areas, or hang out together on the living room couch. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms well-stocked, the kitchen had all the basics that we needed. We loved having a community pool nearby, plus shops and restaurants within walking distance. Instructions for using the Hilton pools were clear and easy to find. We had no major complaints at all! The only things that weren\'t ideal: 1. The entryway is TINY. Two people can barely enter the house at the same time without falling over each other. A family of five, all entering at once, was a complete pileup. But obviously there\'s no way to magically increase the floor space. It was fine once we got up the stairs. 2. It took us 3 days to find the stash of laundry detergent. We recommend keeping it in the laundry closet next to the machines, or posting a small sign indicating where to find it. 3. When using the community pool one evening, an employee yelled at us for playing pass with a small ball in the pool. There were NO other guests present, NO shouting, profanity, rough-housing, alcohol, or disturbances. Just 2 attentive parents, 3 happy kids, and a ball. Yet the employee watching from the weight room demanded that we stop. So that felt like an unnecessary killjoy. I know, rules are rules... Anyway, we loved our time and would definitely recommend!

Our family really enjoyed our vacation at this property. We were very impressed with the well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the private aspect provided by the property being at the end of the buildings and facing onto the gardens. The outdoor area and barbeque was great. The home was very handy to the pool and gym facilities. The resort is very accessible and extremely handy to shops, restaurants and beaches. Communication from the team was excellent at all stages of the booking process.

The condo was perfect for our needs - fully equipped and having the loft allowed all 5 family members to have a bed! We did find the bathtub/shower drain in the bathroom by the staircase to be slow draining. It may be partially clogged. Otherwise, everything was very comfortable and nice.

Our host was extremely helpful and went out of her way to get new mattresses! The place was very convenient and located close to the kings and queens shopping.

Unit was perfect for our family of three! Clean and extremely well-stocked. Lots of blankets, pillows, towels, kitchen supplies, beach gear, and room in the garage for our rented golf cart. Clean and large community pool and excellent location in Mauna Lani. Will definitely stay here again!

The team was very responsive, helpful and kind throughout the stay. The option to send/receive text messages and handle logistics this way is very useful.

The condo was very clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. We had a wonderful stay and would re-book again!

We loved our stay. This was our 4th time in this same unit. Only suggestions would be a better shower head in both bathrooms - they are pretty bad. But we still love it!

Lovely unit, enjoyed the ocean front (not quite sunset) view. Could see the sunset by stepping out on the lawn. Wonderful vacation, peaceful complex. While I don\'t smoke, Happy that the property had a small, designated smoking area for those who do.

Great location and very comfortable accommodations. I appreciate the flexibility in allowing us to check-in early. We hope to return in the future.

The house was perfect for our group and very well equipped for cooking which was awesome. Everything was so clean and nice and easy. All staff that we encountered were responsive and solved things immediately even during a holiday week. Five Stars all around! 🙂

This was a fabulous location and a beautiful home! We were visiting our son and it was an amazing experience!

I just spent a week here with my wife and two other couples. The condo itself is nice. The entire complex constains nice units, and is beautifully landscaped. The amenities of the resort (private beach access, shopping, dining, pool and fitness center) round it all out for a wonderful stay.

This rental was amazing! The best rental we have stayed in thus far. Kitchen was like being at home! Everything you could ever need. The bedrooms were spacious and super comfortable! Having private access to the beach with the beach pass and ALL the amenities is such a huge plus! All the beach gear included, beach cooler and beach towels! You even have access to the local pool, gym and Jacuzzis. Super clean, close to everything! Cannot wait to return!!

Overall excellent

We were extremely pleased with our rental, and also enjoyed the use of the Hilton pools! The rental allowed us the views we always look for at Waikoloa Beach, the condo had everything we could possibly want or need and is in great condition, and we truly enjoyed being able to spend time at the Hilton pools when the windy weather kept us away from the beaches. We may have found a new rental that we will return to next time!!

We had a great stay with my sister at The Bay Club 622 and would recommend restorica Hawaii for future stays. They responded quickly to text and email and the condo was perfect for 2 adult couples since it’s hard to find 2 with a king bed. Since my sister and her significant other live part time on the south end of the island it was a nice stay cation for them and would stay at another Restorica Hawaii managed place again especially if you have one with wheelchair access for my sister’s boyfriends son. Mahalo

Great stay. Everything was in great shape. We arrived a little early and were accommodated in getting in 40 minutes early, nice there’s a remote way to unlock the door.

Great, place to stay. The unit was in great condition easily the nicest place we have stayed at in the Waikoloa Village area. This is our third year in a row staying on Kona. We will probably be back next year hoping staying in the same unit.

This is a beautiful home, thank you so much for opening it up to us, it was much more than we expected. So many convenience. We loved everything about it. And thank you for responding so promptly when we had a small issue arise. Thank you for all you do.

We absolutely loved it

One of the best properties we\'ve stayed at in the area. Very peaceful and quiet yet so close to everything. House was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. I initially had some booking challenges because of internet/website issues, but Resortica was fast to take care of it. We\'ve rented from them several times before and will keep doing so as we always have a great time. Mahalo!

We are very pleased with Resortica Hawaii. The townhome is quite comfortable and the staff is very responsive. The only things that we felt were missing was ketchup and olive oil. I believe those are two staples that should be in the unit, and maybe a few other spices. Thank you.

The Waikoloa Beach Villas (unit N1) was clean, well equipped, centrally located, and had the right amount of amenities. Resortica was kind enough to provide an early check-in for us at 11am. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The condo we stayed in was amazing! Clean and organized with everything we could have possibly needed for a relaxing vacation! We will definitely use Resortica Hawaii again the next time we visit the island. Mahalo!

Resortica was easy to work with. I will definitely book with them again. Property J33 Waikoloa Villas was exactly as described. It was in a perfect location and had everything needed for cooking and the beach. Although the descriptions said only X is provided for beach items. Lots of items were left behind by the previous renters so we had plenty of stuff to lounge and play (snorkels, noodles, water shoes, sand toys, balls, etc). Property amenities were nice with the hot tub, pool and fitness center. But we loved having the Hilton pass!

Love Waikoloa Colony Villas.

My two adult children and my wife really enjoyed this place. Very close to a pool and hot tub, and with had a couple boogie boards to take to beach. Beach Club was nice with shady places available. Nice deck off master bedroom and two outdoor eating places on the first floor and big indoor table too. Close to Foodland but on quiet street. Well equipped kitchen. And very helpful Resortica staff who helped us find the right place.

Best condo rental yet.

We absolutely loved this unit! It was amazingly equipped with everything we needed and more! We would definitely stay here again. Only recommendation would be to get a better clothing iron and a ironing board which it didn’t have. Otherwise everything was perfect. Mahalo!!

Enjoyed watching the clouds come and go on Mauna Kea. The lanai table is big for lanai and 2-4 people, with inconvenient bumpy edges. Emailed Instructions were clear, and everything worked well so did not meet any staff. Good location for walking in the Waikoloa Beach area

The view is absolutely amazing! The unit is decorated beautifully and has everything needed, wish we could have stayed longer. The staff at Resortica were so helpful.

We loved the condo and we stopped by the main office to say hello! The shores is a peaceful oasis and the pool so quiet was like having your own pool! Lots of amenities within the condo even games we found on the last day lol

Spacious condo with big windows and light in the perfect location for privacy, quiet, wildlife viewing,access to the pool, other resorts and shops. Really enjoyed having the Hilton Waikaloa Pool Pass. Central AC worked well but we like a fan too. Quick call and Resortica staff brought one right over. FYI: The pool has a no large inflatables rule. We have a floating chair and we were the only people at the pool, but the pool staff said no. Not a big deal but slightly irritating. Resortica staff was great to work with. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay in this unit again. Appreciated everything provided in the kitchen and the beach gear. Beautiful complex and all six of us enjoyed being across the street from the Queen\'s Marketplace.

We had an amazing staycation in Waikoloa thanks to Resortica Hawaii. We originally booked a 2bdrm/2bath condo, but 24 hours prior to check in we were informed that there was a major problem with the master bath. Anne Marie immediately went to work to re-accommodate us. One of the options that was offered was an upgrade to another property which included a pool pass for the Hilton Waikoloa. We ended up choosing this option and we were so glad we did! We were upgraded to a beautiful 3bdrm/2 1/2 bath condo at the Waikoloa Colony Villas with lots of room for us, our kids and grandkids. And the pool pass at the Hilton came in handy since we had out of town relatives staying there, so we were all able to enjoy our time together poolside. Our experience with Resortica Hawaii was excellent! Everyone was so nice and accommodating and we would definitely recommend them. The next time we\'re in need of accommodations in Kona or Waikoloa, it will be Resortica Hawaii again for us.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. I especially appreciated the beach essentials in the garage and everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, but I would have liked an extra blanket or two. We loved the porch with the views and big comfy egg chair! The only negative was the noise from the kids running around on the level above us early in the mornings when we were trying to sleep. I would definitely recommend staying here! Resortica Hawaii had excellent communication and detailed descriptions of everything we needed to know.

Great central location to everything in Waikoloa - can walk to just about everything. Had an A/C issue which was responded to and taken care of quickly during off hours, so the management company is top notch. Easy Check In and Check Out process.

The first thing that stands out is how spacious the condo is. And all of the finishes are of high quality material. They really thought of everything, the home was stocked with supplies, cooking utensils, cooking gadgets (even an air fryer) and basic spices. The location is awesome, right across the pool and gym. Also it is walking distance to the Queens Marketplace. It\'s about a 5 minute drive to A\' Bay for perfect sunsets and 5 minutes to the Waikoloa Hilton to use their pool. The pool pass was easy and straight forward to use, you get access to the pool, towels and free parking. The use of their garage is nice as well. They have all the beach supplies you need, even a beach wagon and sand toys. Our favorite beach is Kua Bay, but go early (before 9am) for good parking. I would highly recommend this condo using Resortica Hawaii. They had great communication all throughout. The check-in process is so smooth, you get an email with the gate code and the house code, that\'s it. All the instructions for the home are well labeled and check out is just as easy. We would definitely rent this exact uit again.

It was a very beautiful condo. Everything was clean, kitchen was well stocked and it was in a wonderful location. When we arrived at the condo they had soft welcoming music playing which gave it an extra welcoming touch. We enjoyed staying there very much. I recently stayed at a rental condo on the Big Island of Hawaii, and it was an exceptional experience. The condo was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for relaxation and comfort. The location was perfect, providing easy access to nearby attractions, beaches, and restaurants. The cleanliness of the condo was impeccable; it was spotless and well-maintained. It had all the amenities one could need, making it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living areas were comfortably furnished. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the condo. From the balcony, I enjoyed breathtaking views of Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea, as well as the lush greenery of the adjacent golf course. Waking up to such picturesque scenery was a true delight. Overall, this condo was a fantastic choice for my stay on the Big Island. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a spacious, well-located, and beautifully scenic rental.

The property was in good condition and a great location. We enjoyed our stay! The only recommendation I have is that It would be nice to have a few more bath towels at the property.

This was a wonderful property that had everything we needed and more. The garage was stocked with beach toys, four bikes and so many other things you might find useful during your visit. We have stayed at this complex before and love the townhouse lay out with separate living and sleeping areas. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy.

Our unit at the Waikoloa Beach Villa\'s F-2 was outstanding. It was a great location, easy walk to the markets and A-Bay. It was well stocked and very comfortable.

Our 3 bedroom plus loft was beautiful and had plenty of living space. We sat on the patio which faced the pool. It was a lovely view. The place was stocked with laundry and dish soap, garbage bags, shower items, and beach items. We had a garage. The location was great, right across from a shopping area. We used the Hilton pool pass a couple of times. Our parking was validated. Great place!

I have previously stayed in this complex but not this unit. This unit is my new favorite! It had everything needed, the location was great, it was clean and close to the beautiful pool area. My grandson and I explored the area & had a wonderful time. I have rented from Resortica before and it has always been a great experience! I hope this unit is available when I return!

The Kolea resort is an extremely nice resort inside Waikoloa. From the actual living space, access to the Hilton Pool, membership golf rates and it’s relaxing swimming pool area it’s well worth it.

Your staff team was very friendly and responsive. I called twice for a few small things, and they were immediately helpful. Thank you.

We have stayed in the Fairways community many times and number 704 is one on the nicest. The owners have replaced the original carpet with wooden floors downstairs and new carpet upstairs. The interior design of the unit is very attractive which gives it an updated feel.

Great rental! Never have we rented such a well equipped condo. Frown beach chairs, coffee grinder, air fryer and great BBQ tools.

We have stayed with ResorticaHawaii 3 times since last May. We really enjoy Waikoloa and the unit have been great.

Seamless and quick transactions and communication. Rental was as shown and described. We appreciated the patio table for six, when looking at other rentals, many only had seating for 4. Beach gear was a great bonus and used often. Loved the location and being able to walk to Queens and Kings Markets. Hilton pass was a nice perk and we took advantage of their amenities for a day. Would definitely stay here again and recommend Resortica Hawaii.

It has all the amenity we need and we enjoyed the Hilton pool pass very much. Highly recommended!

The condo was as advertised. Very clean very comfortable. Check-in process was easy and the condo was stocked very well including piles of beach stuff. Highly recommend this place if you are on the Big Island.

We had four amazing days staying at this rental. The place was immaculate with every amenity that we could possibly need. The backyard was such a tranquil place to sit and sip our beverage of choice. There is a shopping center with everything we needed just steps away. The beach access was amazing for snorkeling and sunbathing and we had lunch at the beach club steps away from the sand. We will definitely be back!

Really nice unit. Even better than the pictures. Extremely clean and everything was labeled and organized nicely. Very well provisioned as well. Upon our request the owner even added new curtains to the second bedroom to block the hallway lights.

Stay was great - the apartment was comfortable & clean. The site\'s amenities were nice (the kids did like the pool at the clubhouse). Having access to the Hyatt Waikoloa was a super bonus - that was a lovely spot, and could not have been closer.

We recently stayed in H1 for Spring Break with our 16 and 14 yr old kids. Our family had the best time. The condo accommodations were fantastic. The location of Waikoloa Beach Villas are central to the best beaches and sunset locations on that side of the island. We would go back and stay in H1 in a heartbeat. It\'s by far the best value that we\'ve found over 15 years of visting all of the Hawaiian Islands. Anna and her Resortica Team are awesome !

This was a beautiful unit in the perfect location. My favorite amenities were access to the Mauna Lani beach, closeness to the market, supply of laundry detergent and use of beach equipment! Thank you for a fantastic vacation!

Awesome experience. Rental was perfect. The washing machine sounded a little rough and may need service, but that didn’t affect anything. It worked and washed our things. Great communication from rental company. I know the owner and all involved have done well.

Great location! Close to the pool & grill area.

Overall the stay was really nice and exactly what we were looking for. The Kitchen sink faucet was leaking and didn\'t work well. The place was really clean and the washer and dryer were brand new! The Closet on the Lanai had 4 beach chairs, a couple boogie boards, flippers for snorkeling and a cooler. Would stay here again 10/10.

Very well stocked Close to the pool that had a one foot baby pool sectioned off - just perfect We grilled here twice and grill lights were very helpful! I wish I had this kitchen in my house. This home was very quiet and tranquil. It had a washer/dryer which came in super handy. We had four people there (two adults/two kids) and we could have fit in a couple more very comfortably. Thank you for such great hospitality.

Our family of four recently stayed at a vacation rental in Mauna Lani, Big Island, Hawaii, and we had an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the convenience, comfort, and amenities that this rental had to offer. The location was perfect for us. We love to cook our meals, so having a grocery store close by was a huge plus. We could easily stock up on supplies and enjoy family meals together in the comfort of our rental. Additionally, the proximity to nearby hotels for Happy hour allowed us to indulge in some leisurely evenings without having to travel far. The rental itself was exceptionally well-suited for families. It was walkable for all of us, including our children, and we especially appreciated being close to the pool, jacuzzi, and fantastic gym facilities. Our kids had a blast running around in the backyard, which provided a safe and enjoyable space for them to play. Inside the house, we found everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare breakfast and dinner each day. The beds were super comfortable, offering a restful night\'s sleep after long days of exploring the island. The entire space was clean, well-organized, and felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights for us was the garage stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. This thoughtful addition allowed us to fully enjoy the nearby beaches and water activities without worrying about renting or purchasing gear. Overall, our experience at this vacation rental exceeded our expectations, and we are already planning to return on our next trip to the Big Island. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly, and well-equipped place to stay in Mauna Lani.

What a wonderful relaxing stay. Comfortable furniture and beds and the kitchen had everything to cook a full dinner. We walked everywhere, grocery store, restaurant, and the kids loved the heated pool just steps away from the condo. We walked down the street to see whales go by. Hard to leave.

5 stars is not enough for this amazing place! The location of the house is perfect, being just minutes away from an amazing golf course, shopping, beach, pool, BBQ area, workout room, and great walking area. The house is gorgeous, incredibly clean, spacious, and stocked with necessities. We loved the very functional kitchen and got great use out of it. It is well stocked with all you could want or need to cook all meals. Being located in a gated community was a plus. Our favorite part of the house is the amazing outdoor seating areas. We enjoyed sitting outside enjoying the luscious landscaping, birds, and gorgeous flowers. Can\'t wait to go back!

Very very nice. The condo is clean and well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need to make all the food your family loves and on those nights when you don’t want to cook, the Ocean Club offers tasty delicious food. This condo has amazing views — we were able to see whales breaching from our balcony. It was wonderful. The windows and screens allow thorough enjoyment of the indoor/outdoor lifestyle. Each room has a television so everyone can watch what they want. I cannot recommend this condo highly enough. My family LOVED it. The Resortica staff is extremely kind and responsive.

The unit was great! The location was perfect - close to the pool but not noisy. I couldn\'t believe how quiet the complex was. We had no noise from neighbors. Highly recommend!

Amazing rental. Fully stocked and amazing property. Great location near shopping and access to Hilton hotel was an added bonus of fun. Would Highly recommend and would Come back instantly.

The staff were super helpful and had great communication. Check in was seamless. We requested a late checkout at the last minute and had great service and were able to add that on to our stay. We also got locked out of the condo and called the emergency help line after office hours and got immediate assistance. Really appreciate the staff courtesy and professionalism. We would definitely use Resortica Hawaii again in the future.

We LOVED our stay in the Shores Villa 2. We loved that itt is spacious, well equipped and has a drop dead sunset view from the lanai.

Really enjoyed ourselves in unit D2 in Kumulani. The view was everything you could hope for.

Great place to stay. the rental had a bunch of fun stuff in the garage to use- such as snorkel gear, boards, and tennis balls/rackets. The place was really big for a family of 4. Pool and other facilities on-site were beautiful. Will definitely come back.
