Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays in 2024. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking spot. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Community hot tub.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Tennis Courts: First come, first serve basis
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community BBQ Grill
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.

Bay Club at Waikoloa 622 is located on the second floor. There are stairs to the second floor (no elevator). This unit is a spacious 2 bedroom/2.5 bath unit sitting directly in between two pool areas at the Bay Club. One offers a café for pure relaxation. This unit offers a 2 bedroom style which is perfect for two families or a small family. This beautifully decorated, newly renovated unit will take your breath away. It has a rear facing lanai for complete privacy and a view you can see from all sides. The Bay Club has all the resort amenities you could want including two pools with a cafe, tennis courts, workout rooms, BBQ's and more.

The Bay Club at Waikoloa is a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located a mile from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

I recently stayed at a rental condo on the Big Island of Hawaii, and it was an exceptional experience. The condo was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for relaxation and comfort. The location was perfect, providing easy access to nearby attractions, beaches, and restaurants. The cleanliness of the condo was impeccable; it was spotless and well-maintained. It had all the amenities one could need, making it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living areas were comfortably furnished. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the condo. From the balcony, I enjoyed breathtaking views of Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea, as well as the lush greenery of the adjacent golf course. Waking up to such picturesque scenery was a true delight. Overall, this condo was a fantastic choice for my stay on the Big Island. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a spacious, well-located, and beautifully scenic rental.

Loved our condo 622. It was clean, lots of space. Everything was clean and in good working order. They provided laundry detergent which was nice! The beds were comfortable. The lanai was a highlight, watched the sun come up every morning, along with the first golfers on the course. Nice pool, and pickle ball courts. Will stay again if we come back to the island!

We rented 622 Bay Club Waikoloa with ResorticaHawaii, and both the property and the management exceeded our expectations! The condo had everything we needed or could think of, superb view, comfortable beds, quality furniture and decor, updated kitchen & bathrooms. It was was spotless clean, with plenty of towels, bed sheets, kitchen & bathroom supplies. There were boogie boards, beach towels & umbrella & chairs. The location is excellent, the ʻAnaehoʻomalu (Waikoloa) beach was within 2 minutes drive or a short walk, Hapuna beach and Mauna Kea beach within 10-15 minutes drive, they are superb beaches. The Hilton pool pass was a bonus. We received clear instructions via email. The staff was friendly, nice and prompt, we needed an earlier check-in, and they notified us as soon as the condo was ready. We visited the office, it is close-by in the shops area - it was good to know this is a local company staffed with people on-site, and not some remote online booking engine. Overall, everything was perfect, we plan to come back!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Resortica Hawaii. The staff could not have been more pleasant. When our first booking was cancelled due to an issue with the condo originally booked, Resortica worked with us to find an alternative and we absolutely loved Bay622. It was an exquisite condo, well supplied, clean, excellent beds and amazing views. We hope to return next year!!

This is the best view in the resort. Wake up and view the mountains with the sun reflecting on the observatory. Beds are comfortable and it’s your own villa in a prime location. The accommodations are posh and modern. Everything you need for a great vacation. I loved everything about this villa.
