ResorticaHawaii is a locally owned and operated vacation rental company based on the Big Island of Hawaii. It was established in 2006 by Kim Horton, a local entrepreneur and licensed real estate broker. The company was founded to address the increasing demand for well-managed vacation rental properties on the Big Island. Over the years, ResorticaHawaii has grown its portfolio to more than 110 vacation rental units located on the Big Island’s Kohala and Kona coasts.
