Master Bedroom: King Bed
Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed
Additional Bedding: Queen Sleeper in Living Room (Bed opens from the rear of the sleeper sofa)
Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai and community BBQ by the pool
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Smart TV in Living Room and Master. TV in Guest Room.
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.
Waikoloa Beach Villas G3 is located on the ground floor of the G Building. Beautiful views of the golf course. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

by Jim MacInnesA ground-floor walkout 2BR condo right across from hole #3 green on the Wailkoloa Lakes course. Well appointed and in very good shape with plenty of supplies like washer machine detergent, dryer sheets, and dishwasher soap to get started. Three big screen TVs, and easy access to the Queens shops across the street. Several restaurants in both the Queens and Kings shops, including a movie theatre with a restaurant, included. Three 9-hole golf courses are down the street and Hapuna and Mauna Lani courses are a few miles down Queen\'s highway. The complex is quiet, the pool across the street is clean and rarely crowded. I made a reservation for next year because I liked it so much
