Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community Gas BBQ Grill at both swimming pools
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.

Waikoloa Beach Villas I22 is located on the second floor of the I Building. There is elevator and/or stair access to the second floor. Offering views of the golf course, open concept living and stunning decor. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

ust as we had expected and more!! The kitchen was stocked much better than most, maybe could use extra silverware. Loved all the storage containers, baking pans, and the corning ware. Lovely touch to walk in and hear the Hawaiian music playing. Thought we would miss have the grill on the lani but just a short jaunt to the BBQ\'s by the pool, which by the way are kept Very Clean.. The only thing would also be some new patio chairs as these are pretty worn and you sink.. Otherwise the place is one we would return too !! And Thank you Resortica for responding to our needs promptly......

Very friendly and helpful people. From the first call to ResorticaHawaii which was answered on the first ring by a very friendly person to our arrival and stay I can't say enough how attentive the people were to our needs. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean, quiet and tastefully decorated our condo was. Everything was so clearly marked like each of the switches told what they turned on, the washer and dish washer had a label telling where the soap was located. The umbrella and chairs for the beach were in excellent shape and greatly appreciated. There was also a big cooler which came in handy for the beach and there were plenty of hangers in the closet. The grounds were clean as was the area to dispose of garbage.

Very nice; no parking pass for the beach club? Management Response: There are no properties in the Waikoloa Beach Resort that have a "beach pass" - it doesn't exist. If you are thinking of the Mauna Lani Beach Club, only guests who stay at the Mauna Lani Resort have access to the private parking area at the Mauna Lani Beach Club. If you are referring to the Hilton Pool Pass, only units that participate with the program have access. Other that that we are glad you enjoyed your stay.
