Excellent customer service and communication. We loved the pools, one for the whole family to enjoy and the second in a quiet area. Very relaxing and peaceful. Spas jets didn't work and that was disappointing. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had all the kitchen cookware needed and we loved the grill! The condo was as described. Our only suggestion will be to provide extra blankets. We started renting with Resortica back in 2020 and we'll be back!

We loved our stay at 1805 Kulalani in Mauna Lani . The pools are great & the area is so close to the best beaches. Mauni Lani beach became one of our favourites & it is so convenient with the parking pass ?? The condo itself is beautiful , even better than the pictures . Thank you & Mahalo ?

Honestly hands down the nicest rental we've ever had. The condo was spacious, clean, and everything well cared for. The pictures don't do it justice compared to reality. Even the artwork/photos around the condo were mind blowing with how beautiful they were. 10/10 will definitely rent this same condo again the next time we're on the Big Island. All of the amenities were great too! The pool, the beach access card, parking, beach equipment in the garage, everything except food itself was there for us. Truly a beautiful, private, quiet, and clean space for us to enjoy. The only reason I would hesitate recommending this to anyone would be to ensure it's not booked up when we want to rent it again in the future 🙂

I just spent a week here with my wife and two other couples. The condo itself is nice. The entire complex constains nice units, and is beautifully landscaped. The amenities of the resort (private beach access, shopping, dining, pool and fitness center) round it all out for a wonderful stay.

This rental was amazing! The best rental we have stayed in thus far. Kitchen was like being at home! Everything you could ever need. The bedrooms were spacious and super comfortable! Having private access to the beach with the beach pass and ALL the amenities is such a huge plus! All the beach gear included, beach cooler and beach towels! You even have access to the local pool, gym and Jacuzzis. Super clean, close to everything! Cannot wait to return!!

Everything was fantastic!

Anna was quick to respond and solve all of our concerns and any questions to complete satisfaction! We had a great time in the rental and we were impressed with all the amenities: beach toys, kids chairs, adult chairs, games, beach towels, toiletries, bikes and even a lighted vanity mirror!

Great place with everything visitors needed to enjoy their stay. Appreciated chairs, towels, coolers, surf boards as well as necessary supplies for a 5 day stay. Beach Club was the best.

Excellent and well maintained unit. Love the area. The unit was perfect for our family with tonnes of space for everyone to have a room to themselves. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cutlery (even for the little ones). I appreciated having a \"normal\" kitchen with just about everything you have at home including tupperware. The outdoor kitchen was amazing. The master suite is massive and we really enjoyed the jetted soaker tub. The community facilities are super well maintained. There is an adult lap pool as well as a family pool with a dedicated toddler area with only 1ft of water. The hot tub was nice but quite small. The absolute best feature is access to the Mauna Lani beach club which provides private parking and access to lounge chairs at the Mauna Lani beach. This is one of, if not the, best beaches in Hawaii, especially for kids. We\'ll be back! Only defects we found were a non-functional screen door off the family room and a blind in one of the upstairs bedrooms. The blind was minorly annoying since it meant the room was bright in the morning and the kids wouldn\'t sleep in. Other than that, it was great.

We loved 1805 Kulalani. It was a great unit. It felt nice and clean the moment we walked in. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed on vacation and more. We especially appreciate the rice cooker! Loved the location since it was so close to the pool. We also loved having access to Mauna Lani beach club. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at #1805 very much. It is clean, well appointed and close to many stores where you\'ll find everything you need. There is a small beach within walking distance where many people gather to watch the sunset. We will be back!

With the exception of the missing parking permit (which you located and received back from the previous renter apparently) and the plumbing noise we reported before departing for your follow-up, everything in the unit was in great shape and as promoted. This home is beautifully furnished. The owner seemed to have thought of everything. We had such a great time relaxing poolside, riding the provided electric bikes and cooking dinners in this fantastic home. Definitely recommend this to all. Thanks to the owners!

Could not have been happier with our stay here. Our expectations were definitely exceeded. it is gorgeous inside and loved the decor and feel of the entire property. All the amenities were well thought out, and we had everything we needed. Several fantastic golf courses nearby, and the store/shopping center was very conveniently close. We will definitely be coming back again.
