Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai.
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.

Waikoloa Beach Villas J33 is located on the third floor of the J Building. There is elevator and/or stair access to the third floor. Offering views of the golf course and beautiful decor. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

We enjoyed a wonderful 12-day stay at this condo in Waikoloa Beach. The location is quiet and scenic, set right on the golf course with beautiful views. It’s within walking distance to both the King’s and Queen’s Shops, and close to many of the island’s most beautiful beaches. The condo was clean and well maintained, featuring a beautiful lanai. It came with a pool pass for the Hilton, which is just a short few blocks away and was a great bonus. The on-site pool was lovely and never too crowded. The on-site staff were friendly, helpful, and responded quickly whenever we had questions or requests, which made our stay even better. This place offers a great balance of convenience, relaxation, and access to everything the area has to offer. We’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Resortica was easy to work with. I will definitely book with them again. Property J33 Waikoloa Villas was exactly as described. It was in a perfect location and had everything needed for cooking and the beach. Although the descriptions said only X is provided for beach items. Lots of items were left behind by the previous renters so we had plenty of stuff to lounge and play (snorkels, noodles, water shoes, sand toys, balls, etc). Property amenities were nice with the hot tub, pool and fitness center. But we loved having the Hilton pass!

We had a great family vacation and this villa was perfect for us. A true home away from home. It is very well appointed with everything you need to have a great time. The kitchen is well stocked with a variety of utensils, dishes, two coffee makers and filters, cooking spray, ice packs, and very nice appliances. The garage has everything you need for a beach day - beach umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, floaties, a cooler and a wagon. The villa is very nice, clean, quiet and in a good location across the street from Queens Marketplace. The Hilton pool pass was awesome for all access to the beautiful pools. We will definitely stay again.

We were very pleased with the service we received during our stay. There were some repairs that were done during our stay as well as a new electronic door lock installed. All workmen were polite and efficient. When we had a problem with the new lock not working, the maintenance staff was very helpful in quickly resolving the issue. All in all, we felt that the staff was the best we've seen in any of the places we've ever stayed.
