J33 Waikoloa Beach Villas. Includes Hilton Waikoloa Pool Pass for stays in 2026

I love working with local companies like Resortica rather than booking through airbnb. Resortica was great and we loved this unit and the complex. We were right across from Queens and right up the road from Kings Marketplaces - very convenient for the two teens we had staying with us. Super quick drive to A-Bay as well - a beach that I think is underrated. We spent a ton of time on the lanai watching the golfers (comedy gold at times), birds, mongooses, and geckos and just enjoying the perfect breeze and warm weather. (we brought binoculars - good for watching the pond across the way and birds) The complex pools were very nice, though we just used one of them - it was perfect for lounging with shade (which Hilton pool does not have) and the water temp was ideal. My only wish was that the pool was open until 10pm instead of 9pm. We often didn\'t finish up our dinner/activities until later, and it would have been nice to take a night swim or hot tub after those activities to finish up the day. The grounds are kept up very very well and are beautiful. Having a garage to park in was also nice. The teens in our group used the Hilton pool pass almost every day and enjoyed it. All in all, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this company, complex and unit to anyone.

Overall, the condo was quiet, clean and beautiful. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and had good pressure. The a/c kept things comfortable inside, while you could relax on the lanai and enjoy the warm breezes and view of the 3rd fairway of the golf course. The unit was very clean in most areas – even the floor of the lanai was clean. The carpet was a bit stained in places and was not vacuumed very well in some places, but it felt clean and cushy. There were two dead bugs along the back of one wall in master bedroom- I vacuumed them up. It was nice to have a garage to park in to help keep the car a bit cooler. The shared pool area was very nice and quiet. It was nicely decorated with plants and flowers and had a rock waterfall in the pool. There were high quality chaise lounge chairs that lay flat. There were also a number of umbrellas and small tables. Clean restrooms are located just behind the pool and are adjacent to a small covered area with a number of tables and chairs - good for a picnic lunch. The pool is sunny most of the day. The stone walkway around the pool was beautiful, but it was very hot. The TV worked well and at night, we were able to watch a couple of shows from back home that we had recorded on Spectrum. The internet speed was fast at 283 MBPS. There were just a few, very minor items that I should note…There were no instructions on how to light the gas grill. I figured out that you had to turn on the right most burner first – then you could start that side and then the left side. A remote was provided for the garage door, but we were not given a code to open the door. So, you had to remember to bring the remote out of the car and up to the condo each night. There seemed to be some slight water dripping into the dryer. When we opened the door, the inside was wet. We could run the dryer to get it dry and then could use it to dry our clothes. Definitely would return.

It was a wonderful place to stay! The rooms are large, the garden area was inviting. Had a wonderful time! Will definitely go back again. Definitely recommend anyone who wishes to stay!

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed a wonderful 12-day stay at this condo in Waikoloa Beach. The location is quiet and scenic, set right on the golf course with beautiful views. It’s within walking distance to both the King’s and Queen’s Shops, and close to many of the island’s most beautiful beaches. The condo was clean and well maintained, featuring a beautiful lanai. It came with a pool pass for the Hilton, which is just a short few blocks away and was a great bonus. The on-site pool was lovely and never too crowded. The on-site staff were friendly, helpful, and responded quickly whenever we had questions or requests, which made our stay even better. This place offers a great balance of convenience, relaxation, and access to everything the area has to offer. We’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

We LOVED our condo! It was so comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The view from the lanai was our favorite part. We would absolutely rent again and have already recommended to a friend.

Resortica was easy to work with. I will definitely book with them again. Property J33 Waikoloa Villas was exactly as described. It was in a perfect location and had everything needed for cooking and the beach. Although the descriptions said only X is provided for beach items. Lots of items were left behind by the previous renters so we had plenty of stuff to lounge and play (snorkels, noodles, water shoes, sand toys, balls, etc). Property amenities were nice with the hot tub, pool and fitness center. But we loved having the Hilton pass!

Spacious, clean and quiet unit. Have everything we need. Queen\'s market is just across the street. Hilton pool pass is great with the benefit of free parking.

We had a great family vacation and this villa was perfect for us. A true home away from home. It is very well appointed with everything you need to have a great time. The kitchen is well stocked with a variety of utensils, dishes, two coffee makers and filters, cooking spray, ice packs, and very nice appliances. The garage has everything you need for a beach day - beach umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, floaties, a cooler and a wagon. The villa is very nice, clean, quiet and in a good location across the street from Queens Marketplace. The Hilton pool pass was awesome for all access to the beautiful pools. We will definitely stay again.
