Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved carport. Any additional car is on a first come, first serve basis. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community Swimming Pool onsite.
Hot Tub: Community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.

#23 Villa at the Shores at Waikoloa is welcoming and spacious. With a large wrap around lanai to enjoy the outdoor and resort views. This villa is on the 2nd floor with stairs up to the entry (there is no elevator). This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Shores at Waikoloa is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Shores at Waikoloa.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.
PLEASE NOTE: The Hilton Pool Pass Membership that was included with this vacation rental in previous years was not renewed for 2022.

by DerekThis was the best equipped unit that we have stayed and really appreciated it. Deck and furniture was comfortable. Master bed was extremely comfortable. Internet and tv were very good. Beach supplies, chairs, coolers etc. were provided. We were really happy with it. Ice machine in fridge did not work. Kettle seemed to work but did not fully boil on all occasions.

by Laura HooleyThis is the second time we stayed at Shores 23 because we love it so much. Beautiful furnishings and layout and spacious. Quiet. Gorgeous views from lanai, you can even watch the sun set on the water in February. Loved proximity to the Hilton restaurants and things to do. Walked to abay almost daily which is a delightful short walk. Having Tropics Alehouse located just outside the gate was a big plus when we didnt plan on what we were doing for dinner. The pool here is amazingly clean and beautiful. We met so many nice people at the pool. And the booking and communicating with Resortica was seemless. Highly recommended!
