Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved carport. Any additional car is on a first come, first serve basis. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community Swimming Pool onsite.
Hot Tub: Community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community BBQ grills

Shores at Waikoloa 20 is a unique vacation rental with two bedrooms in the main unit and a separate studio.
The Shores at Waikoloa is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Shores at Waikoloa.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

by PhilEverything was excellent, from the communications before hand to the property itself. Likely the best VRBO we have stayed at! Since there were 7 of us (6 adults and a 13-month old), our choices were limited, but this property worked out perfectly. Great location, great property, and having the pool steps away from the front door was an extra bonus. We appreciate the kitchen being well stocked with all the dishes/coffee mugs/detergents/etc. We enjoyed breakfast at the long table every morning, wonderful way to start the day! Also, the beach items (chairs, snorkel gear, umbrellas) made our time on the beach that much more enjoyable.

by RobertWe cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at #20. We had everything we needed and more. This unit is in an ideal location with a beautiful view. It is quiet yet we enjoyed hearing the Luau every evening while enjoying the spacious Lanai. #20 is very comfortably furnished, has very convenient covered parking, and the art and wooden furniture is beautiful. All in all, a great experience. We would totally return for another stay at this home.
