PLEASE NOTE: maintenance work on the swimming pools at Waikoloa Colony Villas is scheduled for Sep 14-25, 2026. There are two pools onsite. Only one pool will be closed at a time. There will be pool access to one of the pools. Please reach out with any questions.

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are nor allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: One community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Tennis/Pickleball Court: Tennis/Pickleball Court onsite on a first come, first serve basis

Waikoloa Colony Villas 2101 is located in Building 21 at the Waikoloa Colony Villas. The Waikoloa Colony Villas are townhouse style accommodations. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Colony Villas are a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located close the Waikoloa Beach Golf Pro-Shop and Driving Range. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Colony Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

An amazing place in paradise

Perfect in Paradise

We had such a wonderful stay with our family (2 adults/2 kids) for our first visit to Hawaii! The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space, and a fully stocked kitchen if you don’t feel like going out after a long day. I love that they had extra fun things to use at the beach including body boards, snorkel gear, coolers, and beach chairs. We didn’t really have to worry about bringing anything. The condo is incredibly close to so many restaurants, beaches, and a grocery store. I would stay here 100 more times!

Perfect experience

The home was just as described. Quiet, comfortable, exceptionally clean. Beds were fantastic. Stargazing from the pool was a special treat. The location was just right as a home base for day trips to all that the island has to offer. I really enjoyed my morning neighborhood walks and the nearby shops. We visited several beaches nearby as well. The management company was quickly responsive and the owners have made sure that the interior is well furnished with all the towels and dishes we could possibly need. Can't wait to rebook this property as soon as possible!
