PARKING: Parking for one car in open parking spaces in the complex. One additional car allowed on a first come, first serve basis. Maximum of two cars allowed at any time. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
NON SMOKING: This vacation rental is a smoke free property. No smoking allowed on the premises.
PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
"START UP SUPPLIES" PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

by CarolThis condo had everything we needed. We loved that there was a bathroom in each bedroom. Everything was clean and in good working order. The kitchen was fully equipped and it was great to have beach equipment. The office staff was quick to respond when the refrigerator stopped. It only took a flip of the breaker to get it going again. I highly recommend renting this condo!
