Mauna Lani Beach Club Pass: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water. There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

The staff was incredible.... From my very first interaction with Kim Horton - She was prompt and engaging. I happened upon your service when my first booking was cancelled ( due to selling of the property) Was I glad that happened. During my stay I was first on the Hilo side and needed/wanted to check in a day early. Kim got back to me promptly on a Sunday and made it happen.... I will always go to you when staying on the Big Island. The property exceeded my expectations.... I had stayed at the Villages at the Mauna Lani in 2014 after the Iron Man, but this property was even better...

Everything in this home was so PERFECT for our family. We love the layout of this property in and out and all the furniture in this house was just right for our family and not overdone. The pool was perfect for our grandchildren ages 4,5,6 yrs old and grocery shopping, dining, etc nearby the property was extremely convenient.

the only "negative" about the stay was the dryer. it took forever to dry towels and would turn off way before the timer said it was time. perhaps it was user error, but I'm pretty good at stuff like that.... Management: Thanks for bringing to our attention. We are having staff check the vent. Aloha
