H1 Waikoloa Beach Villas

We were all so impressed by the rental and very comfortable in it. Instructions were simple and clear. We’d definitely stay there again and will book with resortica again.

we have been visiting this house a few years and it is the complete package. The house will fit your stay well, it can accommodate a few couples. It is in a GREAT location, accessible to many shops & restaurants.

We recently stayed in H1 for Spring Break with our 16 and 14 yr old kids. Our family had the best time. The condo accommodations were fantastic. The location of Waikoloa Beach Villas are central to the best beaches and sunset locations on that side of the island. We would go back and stay in H1 in a heartbeat. It\'s by far the best value that we\'ve found over 15 years of visting all of the Hawaiian Islands. Anna and her Resortica Team are awesome !

Another great vacation. This was our second trip here in a year, and will continue to come back. The location of Waikoloa Beach Villas are centrally located to the beaches we visit. Our rental is spacious, quiet and the many residents that live there are very friendly. Can’t wait to go back!!

We stayed at this unit when we were looking for a low-key getaway. We\'ve stayed on the Big Island before but for the price, nothing compares. The owners have made decisions that obviously have the guest in mind. The deco and furniture is premium design and quality. Just walk into any of the rooms and you feel cared for! Of all the vacations we\'ve taken, we agreed, this one was the hands-down best - and 100% because of where we stayed. Not only are you located in probably the most excellent part of the island, (Waikoloa is stunning and super well-kept), but you are also close to just about anything fun. We went for daily walks to the beach trail that winds around the amazing hotels. We had breakfast at the Hilton, which is a short walk down the street. We hit the beach and coffee farms, but also did nothing at all, and sat on the lanai and read, cooked our own dinner on the provided outdoor grill. We used the incredible and well-appointed kitchen for other meals, with affordable shopping nearby at Waikoloa Village just up the road. The place comes with beach chairs, towels, snorkeling gear, and boogie boards for your enjoyment. We had a few moments where we needed to jump on a business call or zoom meeting. The internet was lightening fast and totally reliable the whole time. You could go to this place and pull off a week\'s worth of remote work and catch perfect tropical sunsets and mid-day jaunts to the beach and your employer, clients, or boss wouldn\'t know the difference. (Except perhaps when you fire up that zoom call and there\'s a golf course behind you! But that\'s what the background blur feature is for). Look around if you want, you\'ll never find a better value than Waikoloa H1. Change your travel to get open dates if necessary. We loved our stay there so much that we would sacrifice letting out this best-kept-secret because the hosts have so thoughtfully prepared their unit with guests in mind. Perfect score! If dates are open-BOOK IT (5️⃣⭐️).

A wonderful family reunion using up all three bedrooms as well as the sleeper bed upstairs. A perfect location within a perfect location, nestled under tropical trees and foliage. The amenities of the resort were a negligible walk from this quiet townhouse on hole 3 of the golf course. The Queens and Kings shopping centers were a few minutes’ walk away, the beach and its luxury hotels a skip further. The location of the resort is close to day trips in all directions. The rental allowed us to congregate in the open concept living/dining room/kitchen while the bedrooms and porch gave us privacy and a place to chill. We segued easily between busy activities all over the island to coming together at the end of the day for home cooking followed by a dip in one of the two pools within shouting distance of the rental. Waikoloa Village up the mountain offers good restaurants and groceries to supplement the always busy food and dining stores at the resort. The outdoor kitchen and porch complement the versatility of the rental. Our hosts Rich and Carrie were very responsive to requests and suggestions. We plan to comeback many more times.

Had a tremendous vacation staying at this location. The place was well kept, well decorated and the beds were absolutely comfortable. The grounds offers two pools for those days you want to stay close to home. The Queens shops across the street(easily walkable) offer a great smattering of options from food to crocs. I would definitely stay here again and bring the entire family once more.
