This thoughtfully appointed retreat features all the essentials for a perfect getaway, from beach gear to a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring you have everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Kona Riviera is an ocean front complex in the quaint town of Kailua-Kona. Please note that there are stairs leading down to unit 102. There is not an elevator.

PARKING: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
NON SMOKING: This vacation rental is a smoke free property. No smoking allowed on the premises.
PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
"START UP SUPPLIES" PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

by SusanLoved the cleanliness and nice furniture. There is a bit too much furniture which blocks the movability in the living room. Nice pots and pans in good condition. The drawer with the cutting boards could be used for plates, etc instead of reaching in the corner. A bedroom mirror would be good when someone is dressing and another person is using the bathroom.

Peaceful spot near Kona
by Melissa AdrianWe loved this rental! Everything seemed newly remodeled. Amazing sunsets from the lanai, with waves crashing on the rocks lulling us to sleep. 2 minute walk to a local marketplace, and less than 2 miles to downtown Kailua-Kona. We will definitely be back!
