Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the Lanai and Community BBQ Grills at the swimming pools
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.

Waikoloa Beach Villas I3 is located on the ground floor of the I Building. Beautiful views of the golf course. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Kula was amazing and saved our vacation from going off the rails. Our first unit had an ant issue and she was able to find alternative lodging that our family loved! It really made our stay on the big island a perfect vacation in the end. Great units, great pools and we really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen at i3. This was a beautiful property. Peaceful, quiet, convenient to everything. Good shops and restaurants close by. The view of the golf course was beautiful, and the pool was close by. The location could not have been better. The beds were comfortable, amenities plentiful, and the decor of the condo was lovely. A perfect accommodation for our family of four. We made good use of the beach toys, cooler, towels and other provisions that were provided in the garage. So nice that we didn't have to purchase or pack these things. If we were to return to the Big Island we would stay here again!

It was much better than a hotel both in price and in space. We were able to cook our own meals and do laundry. Both things we could not have done in a hotel. And we had all the amenities of a hotel at our convenience: beach, pool, hot tub, restaurants, shopping, etc... It was clean, professionally decorated, spacious and had all the kitchen utensils you would need. There was a book with things to do in the area. I would stay at this property again and I would recommend it to friends!
