Mauna Lani Beach Club Pass: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water. There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for two cars in the garage. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community swimming pool

Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.

Enjoy luxury in our 3 bedroom-3 ½ bath home in the Villages at Mauna Lani. ResorticaHawaii manages our home with a very professional staff. Cleanliness is a priority and comfort for our guests is just as important.

Our unit is one of the few with no stairs from the driveway to the front door. We do have 2 levels, but everything, except two bedrooms, is located on the ground floor. The main living area has a well stocked kitchen, dining for 8, laundry room, ½ bath and also one of the bedrooms with a King bed and its own full size bathroom. Upstairs you’ll find the master suite with a king bed and full size bathroom. The other bedroom has two Queen Size beds with its own full size bathroom attached. All rooms have fans so you can choose air conditioning or use expansive sliding doors and enjoy Hawaiian breezes.

You will find you won’t need to drive anywhere once you settled into the home. The pool and fitness center is at the end of our quiet street. The grocery store, Foodland, is outside the front gates ¼ mile from the home. You will also find shops, restaurants, fresh coffee and treats. Mauna Lani Resort has walking paths winding around the entire resort area. World class golf at Mauna Lani is a couple min drive away. The Fairmont Orchid Hotel is close by too if you want to enjoy resort dining.

Outdoor dining at the house is a must to experience. There are two patios to enjoy outdoor dining; one private patio off the kitchen to enjoy morning coffee and a large outdoor dining area with a full size BBQ and table for 8 where you enjoy the expansive garden and lawn.

You will have access to the private MaunaLani Beach club. This allows our guests to enjoy a very nice sandy beach and quiet calm swim area just for the private community. There are beach chairs available for guest and a full service restaurant and bar. Bring your own snorkel as the bay has wonderful places to explore.

Beach chairs and umbrellas and boogie boards are in the two car garage. There are fresh beach towels for guests to use using their stay.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.
