Master Bedroom: King Bed
Guest Bedroom: 2 Full Size Beds
Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in in a reserved parking stall. Only one car allowed with rental of unit G32. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Pass provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai.
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: TV located in Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.
Waikoloa Beach Villas G32 is located on the third floor of the G Building. There is elevator and/or stair access to the third floor. Offering views of the golf course and tropical resort landscape. Stunning island inspired décor. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

G32 Waikoloa Beach Villas
by MindyThis condo had everything we needed to enjoy a vacation. We used practically everything as well! The pool was amazing. Close to A bay and Hapuna beach which were both worth visiting. Loved being close to the shops and being able to walk there was such a plus for us. The location was just perfect. The beds in the spare room were very tall for shorter people, but they even had a stool! The master bedroom has a very cool looking platform bed, but I crashed my shins into it a few times before I learned and remembered about it. I never felt like when I visited other Hawaiian islands that I needed air conditioning but I WAS WRONG! Such a plus. It made everything so comfortable after a fun day at the beaches or pool. The only disappointment we had was the elevator. It broke 3 times while we were there and we were traveling with my elderly mother who struggles with stairs. Next time I will reconsidered a 3rd floor location if we bring my elderly mother, but reading comments I hadn’t seen anything to raise a concern. If you rely on the elevator to get to the third floor condo, please know it can break frequently- consider something on the main floor if you rely on it!

by AaronWe had a wonderful stay in unit G32 at the Waikoloa Beach Club. Despite the issues we had with our fridge leaking and the AC breaking down, the Resortica staff communicated very well with us, and did everything possible to ensure that these issues were resolved. We want to mention Ingrid in particular. She helped us directly, and we are so grateful for her responsiveness. She really helped to save our vacation, as the AC breaking down could have been very disappointing otherwise. Thank you, Ingrid! We hope to return next year! Aaron and Albert.
