NON SMOKING: This vacation rental is a smoke free property. No smoking allowed on the premises.
PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
"START UP SUPPLIES" PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

This rental went great! Communication was perfect. The place was exactly as described. Very clean. We loved all the things.that were in the condo to use, like the ocean equipment, chairs, etc, plus consumables like detergents etc. We would definitely use this same place again.
