Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. Any additional car is on a first come, first serve basis. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community Swimming Pool onsite.
Hot Tub: Community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community BBQ’s onsite
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room and Master Bedroom
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.

Shores at Waikoloa 331 is located in the Bo Tower Building at the Shores at Waikoloa. It is on the third floor. There is elevator access to the third floor. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Shores at Waikoloa is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Shores at Waikoloa.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Beautiful and Comfortable!

Our stay in this beautiful condo was relaxing and very comfortable. It was roomy, nicely furnished, and well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed walks around the immaculate grounds and evenings sitting on the large balcony watching the sunsets. The location made it an easy walk to shops and great restaurants and several beautiful beaches are a short drive away. We enjoyed our visit and would love to stay again! Thank you!

Very comfortable stay!

Pictures were accurate and made for a very relaxing condo stay. The unit was roomy and the kitchen was updated with lots of handy appliances. The walk in shower was large. We used the beach chairs to watch sunsets which we were thankful to have use of. The pool water was clear and clean. It was an easy and short walk down to the local village shops and restaurants. Be aware there are lots of canaries and birds flying around the resort that are noisy and early risers but beautiful so we didn’t mind sitting on the patio bird watching. One suggestion to the owners would be to add a small portable cooler to use poolside. Overall, we had a great visit and would definitely stay here again, thank you!
