MAUNA LANI BEACH CLUB PASS: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water. There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
TELEVISION: TV'S located in Living Room, Primary Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
PARKING: Parking for one car on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
NON SMOKING: This vacation rental is a smoke free property. No smoking allowed on the premises.
PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
"START UP SUPPLIES" PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

by ShawnWe are very pleased with Resortica Hawaii. The townhome is quite comfortable and the staff is very responsive. The only things that we felt were missing was ketchup and olive oil. I believe those are two staples that should be in the unit, and maybe a few other spices. Thank you.

by ValerieWe have stayed in the Fairways community many times and number 704 is one on the nicest. The owners have replaced the original carpet with wooden floors downstairs and new carpet upstairs. The interior design of the unit is very attractive which gives it an updated feel.
