Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved carport. Any additional car is on a first come, first serve basis. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community Swimming Pool onsite.
Hot Tub: Community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.

#2 Villa at the Shores at Waikoloa is welcoming and spacious. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Shores at Waikoloa is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Shores at Waikoloa.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

by Johnlarge upscale condo, nicely furnished and equipped. About the only negative is we can hear the upstairs neighbors' footsteps in the unit. They are fairly quiet, so not too big an issue.

by SarahThis condo is so spacious—it was wonderful to be able to walk around freely and not feel crowded. The patio is gorgeous and perfect for sitting outside with a cup of coffee in the morning or a book in the evening, and the furniture so comfortable. The condo had everything we needed from pans and dishes to beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler, and was the perfect spot for hitting the Kohala coast or spending a day in Hilo. Would definitely stay here again.
