Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Tennis Court: first come, first serve basis
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There is a hairdryer in the bathroom
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
BBQ Grill: There are community BBQ grills near the swimming pool
Swimming Pool: Community Swimming Pools onsite (3 Pools)
Hot Tub: Community hot tub
Gym or Fitness Room: No
Air Conditioning: Air Conditioning in the Living Room and Main Bedroom . Ceiling fans also (featured in photos).
Washer and Dryer: Yes, all of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room and Master Bedroom
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.
Kona Country Club Villas is a beautiful and well maintained condominium community in the Keauhou Area of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located south of Kailua-Kona town on the ocean in the heart of Keauhou. Amazing beaches within a few miles. Keauhou Shopping center with grocery shopping and restaurant also very close by.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.
