The Governor of Hawaii has lowered the alert level to yellow - "Act with Care" - which enables more businesses to reopen. Everyone must continue to wear facial masks when entering places of business and as outlined in the governor’s Emergency Rules.

During this unprecedented time the Waikoloa Villas, owners, residents, and guests may be asked to adhere to the following policies and procedures concerning community facilities: Community fines may be assessed for any violations of the following:

Currently there will be access to the swimming pools (possibly modified), BBQ grills, and fitness room (possibly limited access number). (subject to change and may have limitations on access/hours)

In an effort to keep community residents, visitors and staff safe and secure throughout the pandemic may be required to report to the community manager the following information prior to arrival:

Names of any returning owners, family or others booking at the unit.

Supply personal identification information PRIOR to arrival.

Other information may/could include:

Where you are coming from and if you have completed the 14-day mandatory quarantine on Hawaii island or completed the required pre-arrival testing.

The unit or house number and the arrival/departure dates and or car rental information for parking passes.

New arrivals should be careful to take measures to prevent contracting the illness themselves during their travels. Each person MUST always maintain 6-foot social distancing, wearing a mask in public at all time should be strongly considered. will not be held liable or extend cancellations/refunds or partial credits due to beach closures, pool/facility hour changes/closures on site or off site or any other pools/fitness centers/spa closures that are outside/beyond our purview.
