Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays in 2022. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee.  Terms and fees are subject to change.

Waikoloa Gold Golf Membership:
Waikoloa Beach Resort Gold Membership Golf benefits (discounted tee fees at the Waikoloa Beach Resort Courses). Fees are $75.00 per person, per round prior to 9:30am and $50.00 per person, per round after 9:30am at the Beach Course. Golf Club Rentals are $25.00. Instructions for using this privilege will be sent after reservation is confirmed.

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, two beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Bicycles:  4 bicycles for guest use
Golf Clubs:  3 sets of golf clubs for guest use (2 right hand sets and 1 left hand set)
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai.
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

ResorticaHawaii was an excellent company to work with. They were prompt to reply and had a great online portal to find commonly asked questions as well as info on the property and surrounding area. The Villa was very well stocked with typical household items and many beach items as well which we loved.
We had a great stay! I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this one was one of the best. It had all common household items and a pretty fully stocked kitchen. There was a great supply of beach items (towels, chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, snorkel gear, lifejackets, etc) as well as bikes which were so wonderful to have and saved us a lot of money from renting those items. The house was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent.

My wife and I enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo. Place is very spacious, comfortable and with anything you can ask for from any high end hotel. It is located in a perfect location close to the airport and on the side of the island that gives you the most amazing sunsets. Place is VERY clean, spacious and well stocked with beach gear, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs and umbrellas. Out the back sliding door you have a nice patio with grill and beautiful pool & spa within 20 feet. Close to Hapuna & Mauna Kea Beaches. Within walking distance you have Queens Marketplace Village with restaurants and shops. We truly enjoyed staying here and hope to come back again soon. MAHALO!

A home away from home, we started planning a trip to the Big Island back in May. The property has everything you need and is fully equipped with snorkeling gear, bikes, boogie boards, and even some gecko nets, which were great for the kids. The property is an end unit, and the backyard opens up to the pool. On most days, my children would swim in the pool while we barbecued in the back. It was a perfect arrangement. The area by the pool is an excellent place for early morning yoga or even a chance to get in a few sets of jump rope after eating all those high in carbs Hawaiian dishes. The master opens to a balcony overlooking the pool. The bottom floor has a good-sized bedroom and bathroom, which is great for extended families. My favorite detail of the home are the floor-to-ceiling windows that are visible from the dining room. Seeing those palm trees in the distance reminded me every day that I was on vacation. The home is only a short drive from Kona airport, a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants are across the road, and a short walk to Lavo Lavo Beach Club. We stayed at the property for ten days, and we loved every minute of it.

We loved staying here with our toddlers. There are stairs, but there is a bedroom on the bottom floor. Helpful for older couples like my parents who came with us. This house had everything we needed including beach supplies (boogie board, snorkel gear, beach chairs, plenty of towels). Loved it here. It is a beautiful home.

This is the best condo I have stayed in on the Big Island and I've stayed at many. Perfect location, spacious, and so many amenities! It is directly across the street from the Queens Marketplace and just a few min walk to the beach. Within the condo community, it's right across the lawn from the main pool, which makes the pool feel like an extension of the condo itself. The condo was large and spacious with 3 large bedrooms/bathrooms. At one point we had 8 people staying in the unit, and it still did not feel crowded at all. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you needed to cook gourmet meals. We used the high end outdoor grill often. Lastly, the condo comes with a Hilton resort pass (which is a water wonderland for both kids and adults alike!) AND a Waikoloa golf course membership (crazy discounted golf rounds with gorgeous views). We will be back again and again!
