Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays in 2019 and 2020. Maximum 6 persons per pass (regardless of age). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use for $10.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00).Fitness Center and Locker Room for $20.00 per day, per person. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, two beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Telephone: Yes, local calling
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room and Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
WIFI: WIFI included.

Waikoloa Beach Villas L22 is located on the second floor of the L Building. There is elevator and/or stair access to the second floor. Views of the golf course and tropical landscape from the lanai. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

I emailed two or three times regarding the unit before we actually made the reservations and Kim Horton responded very quickly. She put my mind at ease about renting this unit which was new to the rentals and all the information regarding the unit was not yet posted.

The property is located in the most convenient area. It is walking distance to a beautiful open air shopping mall and one of the best grocery stores fully stocked with gourmet foods and the convenience of an ABC store as well. The property grounds are meticulously maintained and the staff of Evan, Lyn and others were so friendly, nice and accommodating. We were extremely impressed with how neat and clean the grounds were and loved our unit, if we were to come back to the Big Island we would only stay here.

We have stayed with Resortica Hawaii in the past and have always been so happy with the high level of customer service. This unit was new to them so we were not sure at first but once we entered we found everything to be perfect. Newer furniture, beautiful interior and all we needed including a grill outside on the lanai. The lanai may have too much furniture as you cant move around much but it is very comfortable to sit outside. Check in/out process was easy and we had 2 parking spaces, one inside the garage the other in front of the garage. Having space for 2 cars without fighting for a space was nice.

The reservation system was easy and fast. The arrival process was seamless. This unit has everything you would have at home. It is very close to the pool and gym. You can walk across the street to shopping and restaurants. The view was superb. The condo had very comfortable furnishings and the kitchen was well equipped with all the comforts of home. Parking is usually an issue at condos, but this unit not only has a garage but additional parking in front of the garage. It was perfect.
