Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays in 2020. Maximum 6 persons per pass (regardless of age). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use for $10.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00).Fitness Center and Locker Room for $20.00 per day, per person. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee.

Waikoloa Gold Golf Membership: Valid to June 30, 2020.  Waikoloa Beach Resort Gold Membership Golf benefits (discounted tee fees at the Waikoloa Beach Resort Courses). Fees are $50.00 per person, per round at the Kings Course and $75.00 per person, per round at the Beach Course. Instructions for using this privilege will be sent after reservation is confirmed. ***Rates subject to change

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, two beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Reserved parking stall for one car. There is no garage access for parking. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: One community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.

Waikoloa Colony Villas 2001 is located in Building 20 at the Waikoloa Colony Villas. The Waikoloa Colony Villas are townhouse style accommodations. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Colony Villas are a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located close the Waikoloa Beach Golf Pro-Shop and Driving Range. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Colony Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

The condo was beautiful and extremely well stocked, better than we expected. We loved it so much we even looked at buying our own, but think it would just make sense to use this one for the future. The bedding was extremely comfortable and when the AC was on it kept the house very cool and comfortable. All the appliances were great quality which was nice when we cooked at home. The Hilton Pool Pass was a huge additional benefit of this condo. The Hilton is a 15 minute walk or a 3 minute drive and it is a beautiful resort with tons of activities, this makes your condo very highly desirable! A few things we think could be better: 1. Be more transparent about the AC up front. We were uncomfortable the first week of our visit because we could only lower the AC to 74 degrees, specifically at night. The note says it was for the environment to keep it only at 74 which should be noted when doing the rental. 2. Making your properties more family friendly would benefit you. Have a high chair and pack n play available at your office, which is close by, so that when families visit you can give that out. Having to rent them was extremely expensive and other companies offer this complementary. The initial investment would be minimal and it would generate more interest from families. 3. Have more plugs/power supplies available in the bedrooms. We had to disconnect the alarm clock and light to get all our devices plugged in by the bed 4. Not really your fault but the pool was a bit on the cold side, unfortunately. ******MANAGEMENT RESPONSE****Thank you for your review! We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay and would be happy to welcome you again! We will definitely pass on your comments about the plugs to our management. In regards to the A/C we do disclose in our Terms and Conditions that are disclosed in the booking process that the A/C is controlled and to reach out to us about possibility of A/C override. For the Baby equipment, we refer guest to a baby equipment rental company for liability reasons to ensure safe/reliable items. The rental companies are able to ensure safe/up to date baby items.

Perfect vacation rental Overall, this condo far exceeded our expectations. The condo was clean, extremely well stocked (beach toys, rice cooker, etc), and nicely decorated. The pool and other amenities were all excellent. The condo is within walking distance to useful shops and other resorts. The beach is a short drive or a long walk.

We were extraordinarily pleased with our Waikoloa Colony Villa 2001. We stayed from Jan 4 - 11, 2019. The villa is immaculate and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious enough to provide privacy for each of us during our week-long stay. We liked the location of the villa as parking was just outside, the gym, pool, and hot tub were steps away from our patio. Booking went smoothly and we had no issues accessing the unit even though our flight arrived around midnight. The unit even contained beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards. We would definitely come back.

The home had everything you would need to a have a prefect vacation. Top of the line beds and linens, cook wear and furniture. The home also supplied beach towels, body boards and a cooler, washer and drier, right next to the pool and barbecue, a TV in each bedroom and one in the living room with internet. The home has everything in the area that you would need, you could if you wanted too stay right there and never be more then a mile away from beach, restaurants, shopping, shows, golf, helicopters, swimming EVERYTHING, if you want to sight see the island is easy to navigate. We would return in a min.
