Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays in 2019. Maximum 6 persons per pass (regardless of age). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use for $10.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00).Fitness Center and Locker Room for $20.00 per day, per person. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, two beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai.
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Waikoloa Beach Villas F33 is located on the third floor of the F Building. There is elevator and/or stair access to the third floor. Offering views of the tropical resort landscape and open concept living and kitchen area. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Called to report master bath shower head was broken when we arrived, they came and fixed it right away.

We come to Hawaii every year and discovered this place a couple years ago. We love this place and now will stay here whenever we come which we plan on coming every year. Only negative thing I can say is the property does need to spay for mosquitos around the workout area. We got bites a couple times during working out in the morning.

The staff was very friendly. I called to report that despite we never used the grill, the grill cover had blown away from the strong winds during our stay, and they were very understanding that this wasn't our fault.

The only thing I was unhappy about was after reading the "Check-out" procedures, which was almost at the end of the stay, I was made aware that the guests were responsible for washing the towels. This was not a problem, other than the products left in the condo for washing did not include bleach. It made me feel dirty to think that other people had stayed and washed the towels before me and the towels were not properly sanitized when I used them. I would suggest that if guest are responsible for part of the cleanliness for the future guests, at least bleach should be provided. It disgusted me to think that not only I used a towel that was in my opinion "dirty from a stranger", but so did my 10 year old daughter. Next time I will make sure to purchase bleach if not provided, and that the towels are properly washed before we use them. However I don't feel like the beginning of my vacation should be spent sanitizing towels.

Very nice condo. Beds were comfortable and the living room has plenty of comfy furniture. The balcony is large and has a great view of the pond and lava field. Would recommend it to friends
