Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays in 2020. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use for $10.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00).Fitness Center and Locker Room for $20.00 per day, per person. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee.
Amenities: Billiards/Pool Table: located on the main living level Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, two beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler. Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex. Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom. Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment. No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free. Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools. Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs. Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite. Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout. BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai. Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit. Telephone: No Television: Cable TV in the Living Room, TV’s in the Master Bedroom, Upstairs Guest Bedroom, Downstairs Guest Bedroom and the Loft Area are ROKU streaming TV’s WIFI: WIFI included. Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided. Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.
Waikoloa Beach Villas D4 is an end unit in the D Building. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.
The air conditioner in our condo worked OK, but was noisy due to some mechanical failure. I reported this, and within a day the problem was investigated by the maintenance staff, and a determination made that repair or replacement would be required, depending on the owner's decision. Quite amazing response. I requested that if repair or replacement would take more than a few hours, defer until after our departure. That is what happened.
We really enjoyed our stay. Owner and reservation staff were fantastic. The property was just as represented. This was my first experience in staying at a resort during which I never talked to or met any representative from arrival to departure.. Everything was conducted by email and text messaging. I have to say that everything worked out well and was very efficient! But I did miss the personal interaction touch.
One item we struggled with was using the key pad at the entry gate to the property. First, it was not lighted and hard to read at night. Second, we found that we had to rapidly enter the code...any hesitation or delay resulted in failured entry. By "we" I mean all those in our group. Improvements there should be a high priority.
Overall, this resort and this particular unit were terrific for our needs and objectives, and a good value. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved our rental. Our only difficulty was trying to get two full loads of towels washed before we left. The dryer seemed slow to dry so the only way to get two full loads done was to get up earlier or start the night before and then do without towels the next morning.

We loved the house! It was very roomie and had tons of extras. It even had laundry detergent! The location was great to tour the island and go to the beaches. We used the pool daily too. We were a little disappointed in the Hilton pools, but my kids went to the lagoon once or twice. We highly recommend this rental.

Everything was very easy - really didn't have to contact anyone - everything I needed was emailed to me.
It was a very fun trip for us and our sons and their fiancs. We had a great time laughing, relaxing and being together. Great time by all of us.

The property is nice but without good folks who show they care about the folks they are serving it would not have been the same kind of positive experience. Good Job Kim!

Everybody was so helpful and very friendly.
We had so much fun and everything was great. The only thing I would suggest is new sand toys as they had seen a lot of wear plus the scuba gear needed replacing. Some of the foot gear was broken and most of the goggles were leaking or broken. Otherwise we couldn't of asked for anything more!!!!

The only problem we had was with the gate entry code which quite often didn't work and we were fortunate enough to have another guest arrive behind us and automatically open the gate with a remote. We think that this could be improved.
