Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays in 2019 and 2020. Maximum 6 persons per pass (regardless of age). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use for $10.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00).Fitness Center and Locker Room for $20.00 per day, per person. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, two beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai.
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Waikoloa Beach Villas C1 is an end unit in the C Building. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

We stayed in unit C1 at the Waikoloa Beach Villas in February 2018. The unit is well-appointed and has all the little extras you might need when away from home. It is conveniently located right beside a pool and hot tub. The grounds are lovely and well-maintained. The condo is an easy walk to a variety of shops and restaurants. Although it is right beside a road, there was almost no traffic noise at night. Plenty of beach chairs, toys, coolers, etc. provided. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to visitors to the Big Island of Hawaii.

We had a wonderful time. 16 family members joined us at various times on our trip. We had 8 people and others stayed elsewhere but came to dinner a couple of nights. It accomodated everyone with seating in and outside. Really beautiful situation. We really enjoyed the kitchen facilities and had several excellent meals. Overall great place to stay for a family but also had a couple days just my husband and I when everyone left. So very romantic also. Great location and close to everything.

The location is absolutely perfect. This is walking distance to many shops, food places, and even the beach. Being within the Hilton Village gives access to all the Hilton pools, restaurants, etc as well. The 2 golf course on this property are awesome as well. Rooms are large and spacious with plenty of sleeping areas. All rooms come with so many extras (kitchen items, beach items, etc). We had one day we took beach chairs, boogie boards, and snorkel gear for a day at the beach.

We called when we arrived on a Sunday to see if we could get into the condo early. The people we talked to were VERY friendly and helpful. We met the cleaning crew on the way in and they were also very nice and friendly.

This property is wonderful! The inside is lovely and had everything we needed and more. The beds were all comfy and the air conditioned rescued us from the humidity. The pool is just steps away and really beautiful. The property is right across from GREAT shopping and restaurants. Just great all around!
