Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays in 2019 and 2020. Maximum 6 persons per pass (regardless of age). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use for $10.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00).Fitness Center and Locker Room for $20.00 per day, per person. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, two beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai.
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Telephone: No landline phone
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.

Waikoloa Beach Villas J33 is located on the third floor of the J Building. There is elevator and/or stair access to the third floor. Offering views of the golf course and beautiful decor. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

The unit was very conveniently located across the street from the Queens Shops. This was a huge win for our family! Even with a small child struggling with the time change, we could still go out and enjoy the evenings with the stroller. I feel had this been another location we wouldnt have ventured out as much. I would definitely return.

This is an excellent unit in a perfect location, walking distance to the shops which is helpful when you want to eat, grab a coffee, or buy groceries. The kitchen is very well stocked and the apartment is spacious and updated. Everything was very clean and there were plenty of towels and supplies in the garage for the beach, which we appreciated. The pool in the complex is beautiful and, of course, the beach nearby is gorgeous. Our only complaint was that the mattress was not very comfortable, but that could be personal preference. I would not hesitate to recommend this place!

We thought getting the Hilton pool pass was a good idea, but after trying to use their pool once, we decided it was too loud, crowded, and disheveled to use. It was a good spot to watch sunsets, though. We would have liked to have had two traditional sofas in the living room instead of just tropical-themed one plus side chairs. But otherwise, we felt very at ease and home in the unit. We love the location of Waikoloa Beach Villas and plan on returning, with a return to unit J33 being a definite option.

What a wonderful home away from home for 10 days ... waking up with coffee and watching the sun come up on the lanai ...grilling then enjoying the evening .. such a comfortable area! The Villa is very spacious, immaculate! It had everything you need from kitchen amenities to a wagon, chairs and snorkeling equipment to take to the beach. There was nothing we needed! A lot of rest and relaxation ! The Hilton pass was awesome also ... beautiful beach you can walk to ... Lava Lava Beach Club .... FUN! If we get a chance to come back we surely will stay there! Highly recommended !

Loved the location but also the "home" feeling! So much seemed so close so it was always a quick drive or walk. The condo was very quiet and spacious. The amenities were fabulous! We were very pleased with the service we received during our stay. There were some repairs that were done during our stay as well as a new electronic door lock installed. All workmen were polite and efficient. When we had a problem with the new lock not working, the maintenance staff was very helpful in quickly resolving the issue. All in all, we felt that the staff was the best we've seen in any of the places we've ever stayed.

The unit we stayed in, J33, was absolutely beautiful, well maintained, tastefully decorated and had everything we could have wanted in a vacation condo for our entire family. It was a spacious corner unit on the top floor overlooking the golf course and lake as well as the volcano. Waking up to that view and having fresh fruit and coffee each morning was incredible. We were also able to make great use of the grill and table outdoors. The garage was stocked full of beach toys, chairs, and even a wagon to pull everything down to the beach in. In addition to the beach being about 10 minutes away, we also walked to the Hilton hotel to use their absolutely gorgeous pool and beach facilities as well (its fantastic for kids too with the gondola and train rides taking guests from the lobby to various parts of the hotel). OVERALL, my trip was fantastic and I will absolutely go back to this resort and stay in this unit (if its not already taken)!
