Please note: There is a mandatory $20 per day, per unit check in/resort fee for use of parking, Halii Kai resort and pool area, fitness area, towel service. This fee is paid at the Halii Kai office upon arrival.
Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays in 2021. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use for $10.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00).Fitness Center and Locker Room for $20.00 per day, per person. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee.
Amenities: Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, two beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler. Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex. Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom. Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment. No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free. Parking: Parking for one car in garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Swimming Pool: Yes onsite at Halii Kai Hot Tub: Yes onsite at Halii Kai Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite. Tennis Court: Tennis Court onsite on a first come, first serve basis Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout. BBQ: BBQ on the lanai and community BBQ near the swimming pool Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit. Telephone: Yes Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room and Master Bedroom WIFI: WIFI included. Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided. Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.
Halii Kai 8D is located in Building 8 at Halii Kai. There are stairs to the entrance of this condo. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
Halii Kai is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from Halii Kai.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Hali'I Kai was the perfect place for our family vacation. The unit was large and perfectly set up. The pool and grill created a wonderful low key way to spend an evening after a day of activities.

Hali'i Kai is the best property we have ever stayed at, after many years of vacationing on the Islands.The grounds are perfectly manicured and even the workers around the property are very friendly. On a daily basis there are gardeners & maintenance workers there to attend to the property. But they never impede with your daily activities or movement at the property.The gym is fabulous, on the ocean! We are "gym rats" and the equipment was everything we needed. As you are working out, dolphins can be seen daily in the ocean! We used it every other day while there for 3 weeks. The pool is fabulous and the bar/grill is very convenient and excellent. Plus, this location is only 1/2 mile from Resortica Hawaii's office and easy to access when needed.
Resortica Hawaii is an excellent source for vacation rentals. Our recent stay @ Hali'i Kai was fabulous! A/C motor had to be replaced (the A/C was not functioning upon our arrival!) and Laurie , Property Mgr) immediately had a technician out, ordered the new motor, and was fixed within 48hrs. The staff, Laurie, office assistant, Dancy, and AnneMarie (reservations) are very knowledgeable and tend to all needs if you have a problem with your condo. I know the trend is VRBO and other sources, but to book with a company like this, is much more reliable. For example, we were credited with a fair amount for A/C problem. We are already booked for next year, 2020!

anytime I had questions about the condo procedures they were always willing to explain again, and again
we were at 8d for 15 days and enjoyed going over to the Hilton to snorkel in the lagoon (since you provide the Hilton pass) and have lunch at the bar and grill. My cousin and his wife have visited many times before but this your our first time. we also played golf about 4 times. We also had dinner a couple of timse down at the clubhouse which was very short walk from our condo. The food was excellent!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Halii Kai. The grounds were beautiful, the condo was very comfortable, and the overall experience was wonderful. The location was convenient for visiting great beaches and exploring the Northern end of the island. At the condo we enjoyed relaxing on the lanai and enjoying the ocean view. Mahalo.
