Phillipa, a New Zealander, has been a resident of the Big Island of Hawaii since February 2000. Phillipa had 10 years as a Corporate Executive in the global logistics market, starting in New Zealand, followed by the United Kingdom and finishing up in Michigan. Rather than taking a promotion to move back to Europe, Phillipa made the decision to jump from her corporate career and experience a new way of life in Hawaii. She built up two successful businesses, one of which is based on offering an outstanding level of concierge packages for discerning visitors, renting luxury homes. Phillipa brings with her, a unique combination of corporate experience, a big love for Hawaii, and a strong desire to facilitate phenomenal experiences for Resortica’s guests to the Big Island
Kim, born and raised in California, has been in the lending and mortgage business for over 20 years. She started her own company in Arizona in 1994, and later returned to the west coast to add real estate, and real estate investment to her impressive portfolio of expertise and experience. Kim has owned and managed her own vacation rentals for over 8 years, and relocated to the Big Island of Hawaii in 2006. Kim is well known in the industry as someone that has a passion for integrity, is “real”, looks at all possibilities, and is a no-limit thinker. She believes that if you can imagine it, you can have it, do or be it. Her goal is simple… to create something that she, herself, would value and appreciate as a client.
