At present, Hali’I Kai is our only ocean-front condominium. The Hali’I Kai complex is graced with tennis courts, a basketball court, and a poolside restaurant. There is a $30 pool fee required of all guests. While the unit is ocean front, access to the beach is only by car, as the unit is separated from the ocean by several hundred yards of a’a lava.
