Surface waters of the open ocean around Hawaii range from 77 degrees F (25 C) between late February and early April, to a maximum of 83 degrees F (28 C) in late September or early October. In other words, the water is always warm and inviting, like liquid velvet, ready for your snorkeling adventure. The Kohala Coast (where we are) is the leeward side of the island, so the weather is most often pleasant, and the sea calm and lovely.
At the end of an exciting day, you can always sink into our deep soak tubs, or grill a steak on the lanai, or relax at the pool and jacuzzi, or simply hang out and watch TV....you're on vacation. Make the most of it!
