We are here to make your vacation experience as memorable and relaxing as possible. We offer concierge services upon request. We have partnerships with tour companies and can recommend restaurants, spas and activities. Whatever your needs are, we are here to help.
Grocery Stores and Farmers Market: There are several grocery stores near the Resort. Foodland Farms, located in Mauna Lani is the closest. For basic items and last minute needs, Island Gourmet is in the Waikoloa Beach Resort area. There are local farmers markets throughout the island, but stroll among the locals at the Parker Ranch farmers market in Waimea, about 20 minutes from Waikoloa Beach Resort. If you would like for us to stock your pantry with the basics prior to your arrival, we are happy to provide that service at an additional cost. Please contact us directly if you would like to utilize this service.
Restaurants/Private Chefs: We can provide you with a listing of our favorite restaurants and must-visit local eateries. If you'd like to hire a private chef to cook for 2 or 150 people, we can recommend a chef to who fits your preferences and meal options.
Housekeeping: Upon arrival, you will find that your unit has been impeccably cleaned and ready for your arrival. If you would like to schedule daily or additional cleanings, please contact us directly for rates and scheduling.
Child Care: Serving the Islands since 1994, Malihini Keiki Care has qualified and certified child care providers. The staff have completed a criminal background, drug test and infant to geriatric care training.
Rentals: Many of the units provide beach gear, but there are several rental companies near Waikola Beach Resort and surrounding areas who can provide you with additional snorkel/scuba gear, bicycles, kayaks and more.
Weddings/Photography: For your special day, we can provide you with recommendations on the island's best wedding planners and photographers. Contact us and we can assist you with your destination wedding.
