Kim Blatnick Horton, born and raised in California, has been in the lending and mortgage business for over 20 years. She started her own company in Arizona in 1994, and later returned to the West Coast to add real estate, and real estate investment to her impressive portfolio of expertise and experience. Kim has owned and managed her own vacation rentals for over 11 years, and relocated to the Big Island of Hawaii in 2005. Kim is well known in the industry as someone that has a passion for integrity, is “real”, looks at all possibilities, and is a no-limit thinker. She believes that if you can imagine it, you can be, do or have it. Her goal is simple… to create something that she, herself, would value and appreciate as a client.
