Kim, born and raised in California, has been in the lending and mortgage business for over 20 years. She started her own company in Arizona in 1994, and later returned to the west coast to add real estate, and real estate investment to her impressive portfolio of expertise and experience. Kim has owned and managed her own vacation rentals for over 11 years, and relocated to the Big Island of Hawaii in 2006. Kim is well known in the industry as someone that has a passion for integrity, is “real”, looks at all possibilities, and is a no-limit thinker. Anne Marie Moynahan has many years' experience in the hotel and travel industry, and has worked alongside her husband, the PGA golf professional, in various resort settings. Anne Marie is our Office Manager, the epitome of organizational wizardry, and indispensable in keeping us all on track. She oversees our Housekeeping, and Quality Control scheduling and staff, keeps track of incoming requests for Reservation Contracts, and myriad other systems and reports that keep our operation running smoothly. Julia calls each guest before arrival to welcome and inform them, and before departure to assure their stay was satisfactory, and to assess any quality control issues needing attention. She also works with new owners to set up their units for management, oversees maintenance and upkeep scheduling and works with our service providers to maintain all systems in excellence within the units. Julia also maintains our website and is our marketing specialist, working daily to keep our company at the forefront of the attention of vacation rental seekers.
